Rubberserv AT102 Rubberserv AT102 es un antiadherente de batch off dispersable en agua a temperatura ambiente. Se utiliza en aguas normales y también es recomendable en aguas duras. Bajo costo de uso, tiene un muy bajo consumo por tonelada de compuesto. Producto químico son sales metálicas de ácidos grasos de alto peso molecular mezcladas con productos formadores de películas y agentes de dispersión. No se incluyen cargas inorgánicas.

Antiadherente P “Antiadherente P” is an anti-tack product which is scattered in water for the immersion or smearing treatment of the raw rubber blends. Chemicals are metallic salts of high molecular weight fatty acids mixed with film-forming products and dispersing agents. Inorganic fillers are not included.

Antiadherente líquido This pre-scattered material is introduced as an appropriate solution for those companies which do not have the necessary equipment for the correct dispersion of “Antiadherente P” in water. The pre-scattered state of “Antiadherente Liquido” allows a rapid dilution to the concentration of use just by adding the necessary amount to water at room temperature and homogenizing with a slight shake.
